About US
Thank you for your interest in the Porter House of Care. We first opened in early 1997, introducing high standards of quality and innovation in the field of ASSISTED LIVING. We have a licensed ASSISTED LIVING program. This program is designed for those who are “in between” independent and ASSISTED LIVING — not healthy enough to be totally independent, but too healthy to live in an institutionalized setting. Residents receive personalized ASSISTED LIVING services on an as needed basis in the privacy of their own/shared room.
The objective of Porter House of Care is to provide adult residential care to enable disabled or frail elderly clients to remain in the community as long as possible, and to prevent or delay institutionalization or nursing home living. The Porter House of Care assists with personal care and 24 hour supervision.

We have a supportive environment that encourages residents to be active, happy and comfortable. Our resident’s rooms are spacious and offers a homely feeling that encourages rest and relaxation. The lounge areas are spacious and enables us to hold modes social events for our residents on special occasions.
