Treemont Retirement Community was the first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Houston and is proud to have now served multiple generations of satisfied family members. The retirement home in Houston, TX is family-owned and operated which affords direct involvement by the owners with the daily operation of community for the benefit of its residents. Treemont is a special place due to its long-tenured, caring staff, many of which have 20 or 30+ years of service. We have staff that have made a decision to return to Treemont for their own retirement. As we celebrate our 40th year of service to the community, we welcome you to visit and see why residents call Treemont home!

Our Services

Senior Living in Houston, TX

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) campus, we are able to provide a wide range of services to meet the current needs of our Houston assisted living residents. At any point our residents can move within these retirement home services to cater to their progressing needs of care or independence. Your address won’t change when your needs do!

Independent Living

Our Senior Independent Living program is one that Independent Living in Houston, TXprovides you with the most freedom in senior living. This is a great way to maintain your personal independence in your own apartment while surrounding yourself with peers in similar places in their lives. Along with your apartment (1 & 2 bedrooms available) you will receive many amenities & services such as 3 full meals daily, weekly housekeeping, robust social and recreational activities, scheduled transportation, security checks, and emergency call system & much more! Independence Plus

If you still want to live in an apartment, but may need some assistance with activities of daily living, our Independence Plus program may be just right for you. This alternative Assisted Living program features all the amenities of Independent Living, but also permits you to add the option of Home Health and/or Personal Care services as your needs increase.Treemont has a ‘preferred provider’ agreement with Senior Allegiance, Inc., to provide skilled home health services (covered under traditional Medicare), along with personal care services (such as medication management, blood sugar checks, escort to dining room and private duty care). This widens the range of assisted living care we can offer to ensure you get what you need as a resident in our senior living community. These services allow you to maintain your independent lifestyle, keep your larger living space and often cost less than other assisted living facilities. Many residents take advantage of these extra assisted living services upon move-in. Senior Allegiance’s on-campus office allows you convenient and cost-effective access to care and staff. Assisted Living

Houston Assisted Living at Treemont provides assistance with your activities of daily living, such as bathing, meAssisted Living in Houston, TXdication reminders, and dressing that will allow you to maintain your independence and dignity in a private setting. Our staff of professionals is trained to assist you in a supportive and compassionate manner and we will develop a plan of care that meets your needs.
