Description
Cridge Home Care Assisted Living (CHCAL) is licensed as a Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 assisted living facility by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Our community is owned and managed by a Certified Critical Registered Nurse and Chronic Care Specialist with more than 14 years of hospital and home care work experience. CHCAL is walking distance from two town centers, bus accessible, and close to recreational parks, schools, a library, health center/ clinics and a hospital.
Services include 24/7 access to medical personnel, a registered nurse and/or other medically trained staff who are on site to provide medication management and supervise daily living activities, assistance (as needed). CHCAL offers a health and exercise program, three meals a day and snacks in the morning and in the afternoon, health checks by a licensed nurse every forty-five (45) days and/as needed, transportation to local medical facilities and businesses and activities and other components necessary to enrich residents\’ quality of life. We also offer respite care/short-term stays.

Assistance (as needed) with the residents activities such as bathing, dressing, taking medications, laundry, toileting, grooming/ hygiene, housekeeping. Chcal incorporates a health and exercise program. Three meals a day and snacks in the morning and in the afternoon. Every forty-five (45) days and/as needed health checks by a licensed nurse. Arrange transportation to local medical facilities and businesses. Includes activities and other components necessary to enrich residents quality of life. Respite care/short term stay.
