Hello—

I have a licensed type B facility for 8 beds in League city 77573 Texas ,and two personal homes 3 beds each in Houston 77089 . I have well trained staff working at the facility for the last 4 years, and also at the personal homes. Anyone can go on the DADS site and will find no violation about my facility. We have private rooms and shared rooms .We are almost full at the facility. But at personal need 3 residents and all the rooms are private for 3000.00 or above well-furnished rooms totally home environment 3 meals and snacks per day .services provided are . daily house keeping .3 meals a day , vital readings ,insulin ,medication assistance ,Hoyer lift use ,bathing and grooming . We have a home call doctor and visit the residents at home if they choose to.
