Home Care

Skilled Nursing Care
Our nursing care services are tailored to individuals who need ongoing long-term medical assistance and supervision. These are also best for people who require concentrated rehabilitation while recovering from an illness, surgery, or injury. Two-hour supervision will be given on a regular basis as directed by your physician.

Medication Management
We believe that medication management should be a part of an individual’s care plan. Medication counseling and education are provided to every patient based on their prescriptions. This service ensures that we account for every possible interaction and side effects that might occur. As you age, you may start to develop multiple health conditions, requiring numerous prescriptions on the list. With this, there comes increased chances of accidental missing or doubling the dose.
We can help you by:
- Administering medications intravenously, by pills or tablets, or through injections
- Checking how you respond to medications
- Creating a medication schedule
- Giving medication reminders and medication
- Helping you to avoid taking duplicate medications and skipped doses
- Managing pain
