Abuelita\’s House – A personal care home for your loved one

Abuelita\’s House (formerly Mom\’s House) provides loving care for your loved one who needs 24/7 care.  We provide a warm home environment with a caretaker who will help with all your needs such as bathing, dressing, help in mobility as well as providing home cooked meals and keeping you on a schedule to help in creating a comfortable environment.  We accept everyone on a month to month basis and can accept and charge on a daily basis based on your individual needs.  Short and long term care is accepted based on availability.  This home can only have 3 patients maximum.  In order for the house to operate properly, the patient must sleep all night and cannot try to leave the house involuntarily.  No violent or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.  We coordinate with hospice companies and will inform you of any issues that may occur that is not giving your loved one the best care possible.
