About us
BREDD Health Services, LLC is an Assisted Living Facility in Columbia, Maryland founded back in 2004. BREDD Health Services, LLC is home to seniors and retired residents and disabled individuals who place a high value on their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and medical care. Our mission is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living. This benefits not just our residents, but also their families, our staff, and the greater community.

Who we are
Bredd Health is an assisted living facility based in Columbia, Maryland. We are a black-owned and women-owned business. Our founder Pauline Gill has an MHA in Health Care Administration Management from Washington Adventist University. She has also been a nurse for over 25 years, during her journey she saw a need for an assisted living facility that had a new feel. One that felt like a home instead of a huge facility, she prides herself on her ability to provide care to those in need. With our facility, residents can feel valued and connected instead of a number in a system. Residents love being able to connect with their caregivers and other residents. Assisted Living
Many of our community members at BREDD Health Services, LLC require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Assisted Living Facility provides complimentary and customizable Assisted Living services for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at BREDD Health Services, LLC.
Medication Monitoring
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with Medication Monitoring to make sure our residents are on the right medications for the right reasons. RN owned and operated, medication management is only one of the safety precautions we employ that sets our Assisted Living Facility apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing safe care for our residents and medication monitoring is one of them.
Meal planning
For our residents, food takes priority even over other amenities. Quality food offers nourishment and nutrition is an older person’s defense to chronic illness and declining health. But if it doesn’t taste good, it doesn’t get eaten. And if it doesn’t get eaten, where’s the nourishment? Each resident’s dietary restrictions are taken very seriously and will be completed with every meal.
