Since we offer two levels of care, Assisted Living and Memory care, we are able to continue serving you if your needs change during your stay with us. Here’s a short description about how we approach Assisted Living and Memory Care:

• Assisted Living — We provide a wonderful balance of care—giving you enough assistance to help make your life easier and healthier, but also respecting your independence. Our Assisted Living plans are personalized to fit the individual.
• Memory Care — Our staff is committed to helping those with memory loss maintain their independence for as long as possible. Our custom programs provide compassionate care and meaningful interaction that provide our residents with daily moments of success.

Life at Brookdale Chestnut Hill

As a one-story community, our seniors don’t have to worry about taking stairs and elevators. Our building has a unique floor plan, with the common areas and wellness center in a central location that’s surrounded by residents’ apartments.

Our community offers three different apartment styles: two studio floor plans and a one-bedroom style. All apartments come with excellent features such as a kitchenette and private bathroom. In order to personalized the space, residents can select a color to paint the apartment walls.

Because of our building’s floor plan, we have plenty of space for seniors to socialize. Our outdoor areas (patio, walking path, and courtyard) are a great place for residents to relax, meet others at the community or get some exercise. Our spacious dining room provides a beautiful setting to enjoy a fine meal. Our private dining room with kitchen is available for families to use free of charge.

We offer a wide range of activities and outings for residents to enjoy. Activities are based on the interests and feedback of our residents. We provide lunch outings and trips to local events, sporting events and the zoo. Residents gather in the common areas to play pool, cards and watch local sports teams on TV.
