Our facilities feature fully furnished private rooms designed for rest and comfort. While all our rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, we also allow residents to furnish and decorate their rooms as they like. Heidi’s Haven Residential Assisted Living Homes in Lake County, Florida are spacious, modern facilities that welcome seniors seeking the highest quality care. All our facilities feature a warm, home-like setting that is sure to enhance each resident’s physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being.Our history dates back over two decades ago when our longtime dream to redefine “home care” became a reality. It was our wish to see senior resident being lovely cared for, and most importantly, being happy. In 1997, we leaped and opened up our first private home care facility in Lady Lake, Florida.
Not so long after opening our first home in Lady Florida, we attained the maximum number of residents. We decided to acquire a second home in Leesburg, Florida, which also filled up completely within no time.As the demand for our home care services skyrocketed, we decided to open a third home in Leesburg. Unsurprisingly, the third home care facility filled up too, and so we acquired our fourth home in Fruitland Park, Florida. Since we established our first home in Lake County, Florida up until now we have multiple homes serving different locations; we have strived to make all our residents feel at home.
Our facilities can accommodate up to 6 residents, who live in beautifully furnished and decorated rooms. We are blessed and privileged to have amazing staff members, whose true calling is to care for others in need. We have two caretakers in each home. Thus our staff-resident ration is 1:3.We have also liaised with a local doctor who’s always ready to address the health needs of our residents. If you have an existing condition and are currently under treatment, we are willing to collaborate with your doctor to ensure that you get continuous medical help.

Our local doctor visits all of Heidi’s Haven Residential Assisted Living Facilities every month to address the clinical needs of each resident. As for those residents with unique needs that require more specialized health care, we are always willing to work with their primary care physicians to ensure perfect care.

A considerable part of our success can be attributed to the fact that we have a professional staff that is focused on the health and wellness of all residents. We have two staff working on each of the Heidi’s Haven Residential Assisted Living Facilities to take care of the residents’ needs. Due to the adequate 1:3 staff-resident ratio, our staff is capable of giving personal attention to each of the residents. Aside from offering wide-ranging home care services, our friendly staff is always ready to interact with the residents as they prepare meals or engage in any activities.
