Lakewood House Assisted Living, LLC is a personal care residence established since 1999. This company is owned and operated by an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified (AGNP-BC)
We offer three types of services:
Day care- Ten to twelve hours of supervised care so that you can schedule a full day of activities.
Short term- Ideal for the caregiver who wants a long weekend break or a couple of weeks\’ vacation. Also, convenient for those who are recovering from surgery or other physical setbacks and are unable to return home immediately.
Long term- 24 hour living arrangements for persons who are unable to continue independent in their own home. This can be for weeks, months or an extended time.
