An elegant home surrounded by it’s own extensive grounds ~ a peaceful country setting on the fringe of the beautiful Seminole State Forest sets our assisted living facility above others.
The luxurious accommodation is individually designed with our residents in mind, and includes private or semi private rooms with accessible showers. All rooms are on one level overlooking the beautiful estate. Our caring staff are available to assist each resident 24 hours a day, giving you security and peace of mind.
Our emphasis is on individual needs, interests and standards; we believe all people should live their lives with dignity. Our rates are competitive and are based upon individual needs, level of care, and type of room requested by each resident.

Experienced, caring staff provide 24 hour assistance with daily activities – both at the facility and away helping to maintain our residents’ active lifestyles. Our trained staff enjoys interacting and engaging each resident daily on a personal level.
We have an open-door policy with our residents’ visitation. Extensive property and screened patio provide plenty of space for those special visits from children, grandchildren, loved ones and friends.
By extending services to only eight residents, we at Pendry Estates are more able to offer personalized care to our residents in a familiar, home-like surroundings with prestigious, high quality, private accommodations.

Qualification
Pendry Estate Assisted Living Facility is operated by Administrator Mrs. Melvenia Davidson.
She has been in the care sector for over 20 years, providing our personalized and unique signature touches to ensure that all residents feel special.Mrs. Davidson previously owned and managed a very successful nursing home in the U.K.
Mrs. Davidson is a trained Registered Nurse, with many years experience working in senior positions within one of London’s top teaching hospitals prior to managing her own business.She is licensed and registered with the Agency Health Care Administration.
The administrator and caregivers are trained in accordance with State licensing rules and regulations.Pendy Estate thoroughly screens, run background checks and drug tests each applicant and follows an internal quality assurance program to ensure we are hiring the most highly-qualified candidates. References are also required prior to employment.
