Affiliate Agreement

Senior Service Maps was created by a Senior Care Provider, in conjunction with Senior Care social workers, to provide a streamlined search for families and other social workers in their quest for care for Seniors in need. We at Senior Service Maps pride ourselves on removing the middle man; no more referral agencies pointing clients in the direction of the highest bidder! Here, searchers can view provider’s pages, take virtual tours, schedule appointments, and get pricing information, all directly from the Senior Care Provider.

Senior care providers like assisted living facilities, home care agencies, doctors and more pay $49.95 to be listed on our directory.

We would love to partner with you and have you refer senior care providers to subscribe and list their company. We will pay you $25.47 for every referral.

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Senior Service Maps Affiliate program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Senior Service Maps” refers to Senior Service Maps LLC., a Maryland Corporation, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Senior Service Maps affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Affiliate Programs

There is one type of Affiliate program with Senior Service Maps: one-time payment.

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must subscribe to senior service maps. Commissions will only be paid on subscribers that are made and the subscriber uses you as an referral source.

If the Affiliate is on a one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for each new signup.

How it works

Once you sign up you will receive a custom affiliate link that you can send to prospective subscribers. You will be able to track all traffic to your link. If someone subscribes using your link you will receive the commission of $25 within 7 business days.

Payment

An Affiliate can request a payment after 7 days of a subscriber subscribing. An affiliate will receive $25 for each referral that subscribes to ssMaps.com.

Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance or future payment.

Usage and Obligations

Affiliates are permitted to use the Senior Service Maps brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the Senior Service Maps application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Senior Service Maps and will never advertise Senior Service Maps products directly unless working as a tele sales worker. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Senior Service Maps.

Tele sales workers are not to store or use subscribers personal information outside of signing them up for ssMaps.com.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Senior Service Maps or their relationship with Senior Service Maps in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsanctioned bulk email mentioning or referencing Senior Service Maps. Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Senior Service Maps will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If Senior Service Maps chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the affiliate within 10 days of termination

If the Affiliate is on a recurring program, Senior Service Maps will not be obligated for any future payments after termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
