Manager
Jacob Nanjo is the Manager of Arising Care. Jacob Nanjo has been a Director of Nursing for 9 years. He plans, organizes,develops, and direct the overall operation of Arising Care. He implements, evaluates, and directs the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current rules, regulation and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living facilities. Jacob went to a nursingschool and graduated with a degree in nursing and became a Registered Nurse. Jacobis a powerful force in the workplace, he uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Jacob is known for his multiple hats; he has worked as a Director of Nursing, Staff Development,Quality Assurance Director, Infection Control Staff to bring facilities from 1star to 5-star ratings. Jacob will instill these work ethics in Arising Care and make it reputable and successful in the health care industry. Jacobis a husband and a father; in his free time he enjoys playing soccer and basketball with his children.
