Assisted Living
At Crescent House Assisted Living, we provide care that ispatient-centered with the ultimate goal of maintaining the independence andquality of life of our residents. Our staff ratio meets both industry andregulatory standard and is meant to ensure that our residents get qualityinteraction time with our staff.
Residents are served three meals and two snacks daily. Atwo-week menu is published and boldly displayed in the kitchen and dining areas.We provide special diets in some instances if recommended by a licenseprovider.
Our staff is trained to do medication administration andthey will also help with bathing and all personal hygiene as needed, andongoing memory care as needed. The staff also ensures that all living areas areclean and well kept at all times.
We provide staff-led daily recreational activities that areaimed at inciting happiness in our residents. At Crescent House AssistedLiving, we also tailor our activities to the physical capability of eachresident so that no resident is left out.
Respite Care Services
At Crescent House Assisted Living, our staffprovides customized individualized short-term care to every resident whether theyare staying for 4 days or 4 years. Our short-term, respite care program assistsseniors who need a temporary place to call home after leaving skilled nursingcare, hospital stays or rehabilitation, and helps them return home stronger andsafer. The respite care services that we provide is aimed at ensuring thatresidents can transition to their homes with confidence, renewed health andwell-being, that will allow them to better manage all aspects of their recovery,including activities of daily living, memory care, and recreation.

Dementia Care Services
Definition: Dementia is a general term used to describe a wide range of conditionsand symptoms. Alzheimer’s disease afflicts about 60% to 80% of all individualsexperiencing dementia. Most changes in the brain that cause dementia arepermanent and progressive. However, some conditions that cause dementiasymptoms can be reversed, including depression, side effects of medication,excessive alcohol use and vitamin deficiencies. There are other forms ofdementia linked to types of dementia that affect a significant segment of thepopulation.
At Crescent House Assisted Living we provides your loved one with around-the-clock dementia care, 7 days a week. Our staffs are fully trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care and understand how to nurture those living with this disease.
