Metropolitan Sincerity Homecare is community-based therapeutic group home that serves individuals with mental illness between the ages 18-60. We provide personalized care, and support. The group home offers 24-hour trained direct care staff and a registered nurse. To reach optimal care we collaborate with families, case managers, providers, and other agencies that provide resources that will help facilitate our mission. Our group home is designed to make you feel at home. Our staff are trained to follow each individual’s care plan to meet clients specific needs. We provide customized living to clients ages 18-60 with various mental health and medical needs. Mental health workers, RNs, and house manager on-site 24/7. Our services include but not limited to: medication management, meal preparation and PCA. Our services are based on healthy body, mind and spirit. We understand the challenges, and the difficulties the mentally ill face, so we help individuals rediscover their self worth, and boost their confidence by integrating our cares with culturally sensitive approach and taking into consideration each individual’s unique cases.
