MUSTARDSEED HEALTH CARE SERVICES LLC is alevel III Residential Service Agency (RSA) licensed (#R3304) by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH), Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ) toprovide skilled and un-skilled nursing services to the population in theWestern Maryland region. We currently have four offices, located inFrederick County (Corporate office) PrinceGeorge’s County, Washington County, and in Carroll County. Our philosophy is toprovide comprehensive care to all individuals while treating every individualwith dignity and respect in the comfort of their homes or place of residence.

OURSERVICES

      2.  Ancillary Services: In orderto comply with Federal, State, Local regulations, and Mustardseed Health CarePolicies, the following ancillary services are provides to all our employees tofacilitate the hiring process and mitigate turn over. 

a)  Health Care Training: We provide the following training:

·      CardiopulmonaryResuscitation(CPR) and

·         First Aid.  

 b)  LiveScanFingerprinting/Background Checks:  We areauthorized by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and CorrectionalServices to capture and submit State and Federal Background Checks /LiveScan Fingerprintsto the Criminal Justice Information system (CJIS) in real time.

OURSTAFF

Asthe demand for home health services continue to rise in the community we serve,Mustardseed Health Care Services LL., has implemented an ongoing rigorousscreening/staffing process including, an in-depth interview, skills assessment,licensing verification, professional reference checks, and a completebackground check.  Our current staffing level is over 100,including licensed professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), LicensedPractical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Geriatric NursingAssistants (GNAs), Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs), and unlicensedprofessionals such as Home Health Aides (HHAs), Sitters/Companions, FingerprintTechnicians, as well as highly experienced administrative staff.
